There's more to consider this time around, and it’s a bit up in the air.

For EU law, I think it was said that Lisbon is examinable if in force by Jan
2010.  Whether the Czech Republic vote it in or not, I don't know.  Property
law will have the new Act in by December 09 and I'm not sure if its
examinable or not.  Those are two exams I'd rather leave over - i.e. see how
they go the first time with the "new" material, if its on the syllabus at
all.

Then equity and contract overlap a bit, not a lot, but a bit - enough to
make it worthwhile to do the two together.

Criminal is relatively short, but questions are tough.

Tort and Company is much of a muchness (I think), and then you have
constitutional which is quite long.

So, if I was doing 4 in April / March, it would be equity, contract,
constitutional and criminal.  Leaving over EU, property, tort and company.

which four did u sit first?

i dont have a law undergrad so i was going to sit the 4 "easiest" first???
what do pple in my situation do? 2 easy and 2 hard???
