Hey Everyone, I'm sure everybody taking the EU exam paper, including myself, are interested in how the Lisbon Treaty will influence Noel Travers choices when writing the EU paper for next March. The Syllabus on www.lawsociety.ie confrims that it will be examinable.
Up until now, all of my EU Law studies have been pre-Lisbon Treaty. Craig & de Burca seminal textbook on EU law will not have a post Lisbon treaty out until after the exams. What kind of Question 1's can we expect on the subject of the EU Institutions? Will questions on the internal market be different at all? Will questions on EC Competition law will be affected? Union citizenship has changed conisderably with the introduction of the charter on human rights, what should we know here? Anyone got thoughts on this? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "FE-1 Study Group" group. To post to this group, send an email to [email protected].
