Just wondering if anyone has a copy of the Tort Examiners Report from last September/October 2009 or an up to date exam grid for tort! really beginning to freak out! I have sat this twice so I cant re- enroll with independent colleges again without a fee being involved. So I am just looking to see if anyone has any of the above and if they would be willing to share it?
I knew everything inside out for the last two BAR Defamation and I had five questions in each exam and have failed each time! It is my last one to try pass! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
