Not sure about equity but most definitely do discharge of contract-that was 2 questions the year I did it! As well as that I'd definitely do formation of contracts and vitiating and voiding factors. You'd probably have to cover a bit more than that but they are 3 definite topics i wouldn't leave out. Hope that helps,good luck
