As far as I know, the Bill has been "shelved" for a bit (in a sense) and a researcher was hired to help iron out certain things. I'm not expecting it to be enacted any-time soon. The Bill basically says that a company has the same powers as a natural person - i.e. no more ultra vires, but when it comes into law, I don't know!
