Hi all, I was just reading through the Real Property examiner's report from the last sitting in October 2009. He advises to look at the law as it stands now, e.g. those archaic vestiges of the bygone eras have been eliminated.
However, Dr. Jack Anderson is no longer the internal examiner for FE-1 exam in Real Property. The list of examiners on the FE-1 website has not been updated. Does anyone know who the new examiner is? The fact that the list of examiners hasn't been updated is heartening because the syllabus, also downloadable from the Law Society's website, is the same as the old Real Property syllabi and features the aspects of the course that have now been heavily amended or removed by the legislation so maybe the old syllabus is up there in error. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "FE-1 Study Group" group.
