Sale of the exam bank is ENTIRELY illegitimate. For the most part GCD only "went after" people selling the rips of the mp3 of the lectures etc, but the amount of complaints from students who are demanding that something be done about this is going to require action in the near future. It may appear kinda "corporate" but all the re-sale of individually licensed materials is really just creating the incentive to do less for students, which is terrible.
