Hi Guys, I got a loan of last years Griffith notes for the Company Law exam from a friend... I notice from his notes, that it seems last year the lecturer decided not to cover Chapters 14, 15, 18 & 19, namely (Shareholders and Directors meetings, Capital Maintanance rules, Auditors and Company Investigations). I was just wondering if anybody who is doing the course this year can tell me if these chapters are once again being ommitted by the lecturer? Or even if any other chapters are being ommitted?
