October 2007, question 3 Discuss with reference to case-law of the Court of Justice:
(i) the interpretation of the term "court of tribunal of a member state" for the purposes of the second paragraph of article 234 EC (ii) the interpretation of the term "court of tribunal of a member state against whose decisions there is judicial remedy under national law" for the purposes of the third paragraph of article 234 EC (iii) the legal effects of a preliminary ruling from the court of Justice under article 234 EC for firstly , the referring court and , secondly , for the national courts of tribunal.
