I’ve updated https://plusone.apache.org/about/ and https://plusone.apache.org/help/ in an attempt to better explain what we do, and hopefully drum up a few interviews to get things started. I’ve also contacted three projects (IOTdb, Orc, and Kudu) who have either released something in the past week, or are working on an upcoming release. And I’ll be continuing to make some tweaks to the site today. Here’s the call(s) to action: If you know of a project that is looking to get a little more attention, and wants to talk about what they’re doing, please send them my way. Better yet, if you want to join me in this endeavor, and go record something, that would be fantastic. I really enjoy producing these interviews, but finding time to do it is so hard. (As you can see by the date of the most recent post! Ha!) I would love to expand the team. All you need is a smart phone camera (in person) or a Zoom/Meet/Whatever client to record a conversation.
