Looking forward to it too!

Rich - here are the topics that you might find helpful to begin with (but
of course ... as a host ... you do the honors - pick your poison pills. The
list below is something I proposed and we (very, very briefly so far)
discussed on Slack.

Let's just join - whoever can - on Thu ... and maybe we will make the most
crowded PlusOne recording ever. ..... But actually that might also show (in
a bit meta-way) that we ARE indeed able to collaborate and like to work
with each other and do it in a truly collaborative way even if there is a
lot of crowd and lots of diverse and sometimes differing voices. Which is a
nice twist to such a recording.

If we can't make this recording happen with such a crowd, it means we are
faking it :).

* Airflow 3 historical growth (how community and strong stakeholders helped)
* Why Airflow 3
* How we keep vendor neutrality
* How we worked together on Airflow 3 as distributed teams
* Importance of both individual contributors and various stakeholders

One thing ... (and this is mostly for myself) ... I guess we should avoid
talking too much ;) I.e. keep your mouth mostly shut Jarek.

J.
