I propose the fourth maintenance release of fedfs-utils 0.9 to
address a build problem, and fix a bug when a DNS server returns
multiple records for an SRV query.
The build problem breaks the build if a file called "missing" is not
in the builder's root directory. It also appears to break the
"install-strip" targets in our Makefiles. These behaviors are a
problem for some automated build environments.
The DNS SRV query bug was found during the most recent NFS
bake-a-thon, and has existed in our code base since fedfs-utils
0.6.
