Ok, the package is now built in koji [1]. I put the additional themes into -extras subpackage. Expect in rawhide after the next compose. If you'd like to test it in F8 you'll need to download the source package and rebuild it (rpmbuild --rebuild gtk-nodoka-engine-0.6.90.1-1.fc9.src.rpm).
