Somehow I still don't recognise this as dictionary icon, this one looks to me like content search or something. Maybe putting a flag on the book would solve the issue, or some characters in different languages, e.g. one kanji and one greek letter, or something like that... just an idea... As for the book, I just realised I still keep optimised 22x22 SVG [1] of system-help on fedorapeople [2], so feel free to reuse it.
