Overall I think it's fine, maybe the wiki could supplement with a few simple examples of do and don'ts, such as: * Unsure about source licensing terms, don't use it. * Unable to document source licensing terms, don't use it. It's my experience that humans often respond better to such guidelines, the above is great from a legal stance but it does not always mean the human mind thinks through all the possible scenerios.
