You may need to create a chroot that is populated with the rawhide packages in 
order to run pungi there.  I haven't done much pungi work on rawhide lately 
so I can't say of it is supposed to work or not.  I was about to create the 
FC-6 branch of pungi and continue development in tip for rawhide/F7.
