Not on any official Fedora Project location, the install tree is not going to be rebuilt by the Fedora Project as far as existing releases is concerned.
However, the Fedora Unity Project is about to release one of it's infamous Re-Spins which include a new rebuilt stage2.img as well. However, this Re-Spin will first need to pass our testing before we release it.
