Matthias,

I think you should be able to manipulate JBoss' global conf/log4j.xml
if you want the logs for fedora.* to be separated into a separate
file, ala http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/SeparatingApplicationLogs.  Still
not ideal, but better than what you've got now.

Also, are you using Fedora 3.0b1 or 3.0 final?  There was a
logging-related change between those releases and I'd like to
determine if it had an effect on this issue.
