Hi Steve,

I would certainly support this if you (or anyone) wants to submit this
functionality as a patch vs trunk.  It would be a great request to get
closed.  I think doing it as RELS-INT (instead of extending RELS-EXT)
would be best, since I know of several folks who have already created
RELS-INT datastreams in anticipation of this capability.
