i tried to move an existing fedora installation to another folder. setting the correct FEDORA_HOME and change all pathes in the config files would suffice -- i thought ... but now i get in my logs ./logs/fedora.log:fedora.server.errors.LowlevelStorageException: file /attic/fedora-224/data/objects/2009/0211/11/33/aname doesn't exist for reading
well, i was thinking all that stuff like FEDORA_HOME and datastream_store_base in fedora.fcfg was supposed to prevent exactly that kind of error. i checked the databse and found that the table objectpaths does, in fact, contain hardcoded paths to objects, nothing relative to any configuration setting ... so, does it have some deeper meaning i simply fail to grasp or is it simply a bug (or design flaw)? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Open Source Business Conference (OSBC), March 24-25, 2009, San Francisco, CA -OSBC tackles the biggest issue in open source: Open Sourcing the Enterprise -Strategies to boost innovation and cut costs with open source participation -Receive a $600 discount off the registration fee with the source code: SFAD http://p.sf.net/sfu/XcvMzF8H _______________________________________________ Fedora-commons-developers mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fedora-commons-developers
