Hi Richard,

When you run ezdep.sh, you need to provide *both* the filename of the
ezdep.xml file and the ezdef.xml file (in that order) as arguments.
If you only provide the ezdep.xml file, the stylesheet can't determine
what object to point to for the "isDeploymentOf" relationship.
