Voting has ended, and this is resolved: org.fcrepo it is.  (4 votes)

This will be used as the maven groupId for Fedora 3.3.

We also agreed in the call to wait until after Fedora 3.3 to change
the java package name on the sources, in order to give people linking
to current versions of Fedora classes time to adjust.  This is
particularly important for people using FedoraClient and who have
written LLStore plugins (iRods, Honeycomb, etc).

One possibility is that, after 3.3, we do a release with legacy
compatibility for some of the key interfaces/classes, however, the
intent over time will be to stop using the old package root "fedora"
altogether.
