Ultimately, there's no reason each project should have to run its own
repository -- it's just extra work.  I've really been thinking of the
current m2 repos hosted at fedora-commons as a starting point until we
figure out how to merge repositories and publish to central.

Since DSpace and Fedora are each nearing the end of a big release
cycle, I think it would be good for us to give the topic of merging
repos more serious attention after these releases are done and we can
catch our breath a bit.
