At any rate, I agree with your change to imagemanip to set headless to true in the servlet itself. Also, given Rebecca's comment in the previously referenced thread, and this post: http://www.leshazlewood.com/?p=52 ...we might also want to recommend that people in unix-like environments ensure that the DISPLAY environment variable is NOT set by the user who starts Fedora (tomcat, etc). > is it also the headless issue that causes all the various applets to pop up > and steal focus when I run the integration tests on OS X (typically > ingest/purge-related I think)? never saw this under Linux. I also see this on OS X...pretty annoying. It seems to mostly come up for a lot of the fedora.client/*Auto* (Finder/Purger/Ingest)-type classes. I don't know under what conditions the mac jvm decides to do this, but I noticed "maven surefirebooter" came up as the mac application name at one point too. - Chris ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Verizon Developer Community Take advantage of Verizon's best-in-class app development support A streamlined, 14 day to market process makes app distribution fast and easy Join now and get one step closer to millions of Verizon customers http://p.sf.net/sfu/verizon-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Fedora-commons-developers mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fedora-commons-developers
