i submitted a small and crude patch for having DatastreamResource implementing a getDatastreams() equivalent from API-M. Xml handling is still to say the least "dodgy". the patch creates a new endpoint under datastreams called "infolist" for lack of a better name, and does not regard any AuthZ issues mentioned in the description by stephen. i'd be happy if you guys could take a look at it..
