Hi Frank Following our committer call yesterday I added a couple of extra comments on this issue, including a potential location which may be the cause of this bug (though there could be others).
Potentially we could consider making the DSCreateDT field of Datastream final so that the date has to be specified on construction though that probably would entail quite a few code changes.
