Assuming fedora installation path is "C:\Fedora3.4.2"; do the following:

1- Go to Run and type cmd

2- Redirect yourself to C:\Fedora3.4.2\tomcat\bin (using the command "cd
C:\Fedora3.4.2\tomcat\bin")

3- Type "service.bat install FedServ"

4- Go to run and type "services.msc", you will find a service with name
"FedServ" is installed. You can change the start type to be manual, automatic
or even disable it

Note: you can replace "FedServ" with any name you want.

Subject: [fcrepo-dev] fedora as a window service

Has anyone had success creating Fedora Commons 3.4.2 as a window service. SC
command requires an executable. Fedora is started with a bat file. Any ideas
would be most conducive.
Thanx!
