Thanx Ben. But I'm looking from the server side.  Basically convert
RiSearchServlet to a ReST servlet.  I was looking at the UpLoadServlet and
FieldSearchServlet as blueprints to getting this done (as both or now ReST
API).

The easiest way to incorporate the RISearch into simple HTTP requests
is to just build the requests out programatically.  URL-encode your
query, and use a plain old HTTP GET.
