here's a small update on the numbers...

Commenting the Stream manager out didn't have any effects, but as my 
collegue pointed out the spread's statistical siginificance is less than 
one sigma and might therefore very well be a fluctuation.
  We'll test this again soon and i'll let you know what the results will be.
