fyi:

I continued to get test failures running mvn install on the ec2 instance I was 
using. I've repeated this on two different ec2 (small) 64-bit instances running 
Ubuntu 12.04, as noted in FCREPO-1104:

However, changing the instance type to large lets the tests pass. So I gather 
it's a resource issue, but I'm surprised that a small instance can't run our 
integration tests successfully. We've certainly run Fedora even on micro 
instances (painful), but it may be that I've never run the integration tests on 
a small instance.

All tests w/ MySQL on Linux pass now and I've updated the Test Plan accordingly.
