Assuming Bamboo will sort itself out once it can find the trippi-1.5.8, we can start testing and docs for 3.6.1.
I don't think anyone's created a Test Plan for 3.6.1. We can discuss that on Thursday or on list if people want. I'm fine w/ just keeping the assignments from the 3.6 Test Plan. I did a lot of library pruning for FCREPO-1128. Although nothing's turned up in the automated testing so far, that's no guarantee I didn't prune a dependency that's needed at runtime that our tests didn't catch. So spot checking a running Fedora would be a Good Thing. Once we have some sanity checks for 3.6.1 done, I think we should deploy a snapshot build and ask the wider Fedora community to help test, especially against Java 7 as Adam suggested. In case you start testing Right This Very Moment and you can't resolve trippi-1.5.8 locally, I'd just clone, switch to v1.5.8 tag and mvn install it (https://github.com/fcrepo/trippi). Or also try passing "-U" to mvn to force it to update dependencies when building fcrepo if you're sure it should be available on Maven Central when you're testing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
