We have just learned the hard way that FedoraClient's methods
getAPIA() and getAPIM() consume server-side resources (database
connections) which are not returned.

There doesn't seem to be any methods for returning neither
an APIA, APIM nor a FedoraClient. So, how do you return/close/
clean up these?
