Hi Arne,

The bug is already filed in Fedora's bug tracker: 
https://fedora-commons.org/jira/browse/FCREPO-67, including a description for a 
workaround. We are currently testing a fix for the issue, but it is a rather 
ugly hack. We don't know yet if we dare to share it with the Fedora community 
;-)

bug number/url?
the only issue i was aware of was with some logging jar, which was to  
remove from fedora.
