This is a known problem which has been fixed in trunk.

There is a workaround here 
https://fedora-commons.org/jira/browse/FCREPO-379 .  The problem was in 
the build file so you can use this workaround or do a local fix to the 
build.xml found at the top of the current trunk build.xml.
