Hi Ed, Yes, Eddie Shin is currently looking at these. See: https://fedora-commons.org/jira/browse/FCREPO-404 https://fedora-commons.org/jira/browse/FCREPO-403
In the short term, we're hoping to leverage work that was already done here: https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=208296 That impl was done vs an older version of the SWORD spec and Fedora 2.x. The current goal is to get an integration working with SWORD 1.3 and Fedora 3.x (trunk). - Chris On Wed, Feb 18, 2009 at 11:16 PM, Ed Summers <[email protected]> wrote: > I'm kind of out of touch with the latest Fedora codebase, but are > there currently any plans to support SWORD [1] aka AtomPub (RFC 5023) > [2]? > > I realize you would probably want to have a REST api that has more > knobs, but having baseline support for depositing packages of content > that other repositories share seems like it could be a good idea. > > //Ed > > [1] http://swordapp.org > [2] http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5023 > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Open Source Business Conference (OSBC), March 24-25, 2009, San Francisco, CA -OSBC tackles the biggest issue in open source: Open Sourcing the Enterprise -Strategies to boost innovation and cut costs with open source participation -Receive a $600 discount off the registration fee with the source code: SFAD http://p.sf.net/sfu/XcvMzF8H _______________________________________________ Fedora-commons-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fedora-commons-users
