Thanks everyone. Problem solved. This is what I have done:

   - Manually delete fedora.war from:
      - /opt/apache-tomcat-6.0.18/webapps (fedora-commons uses that tomcat
      installation)
   - Copy fedora.war from fedora's new installation:
      - /opt/fedora/fedora-installer-3.2.1/install
   - Paste it to the previous tomcat webapps directory. Wait for the
   automatic deploy.
   - Install Adobe Flash Player
   - Restart tomcat
   - Check:
      - http://147.83.50.143:8080/fedora/admin


it works!!
