can anybody confirm if 1)it is possible for a fedora object to belong to
more than one Cmodel, and 2) if it is possible to configure the migration
tool to do this? the scenario I am thinking of is where we are interested in
two datastreams for the purpose of a locating CModels . the first of these
is the presence of a VRA datastream, the second is the presence of a second
datastream relating to licencing.
If each object can be allocated to one and only one Cmodel, then we would
need two models relating to a)VRA with Licencing datastream OR b) VRA
without Licencing datastream.
If, however, its possible to allocate two models at migration we would then
have ALL objects with VRA belonging to the model allocated to objects with
VRA datastreams, and in addition some of these would also belong to the
model allocated to objects with a Licensing datastream.
The second model is the one we would prefer, however looking at the
documentation it is beginning to appear to me that the CModel is a composite
type describing the datastreams, mime types etc configured as relevant to
each model; each object should only belong to one Cmodel . Or am I
misinterpreting this? and if so, how can I configure the migration tool to
allocate two CModels?
