I'm not sure about importing directly from DOAJ. However, perhaps the most 
straightforward way would be to use a SWORD-based deposit system. Some journal 
software, including the popular OJS, supports SWORD deposit into digital 
repositories:

Fedora supports a SWORD deposit service:
