And to add to Alex's useful information, it's also worth watching the log
files:

* $CATALINA_HOME/logs/catalina.out - the main Tomcat log file, if you use
tail -f to watch this in another console you should see startup messages
there confirming when/if Tomcat/Fedora have started (there are other logs in
this directory also)
* $FEDORA_HOME/server/logs/fedora.log

I think nothing is wrong, Fedora should be running already, this is just 
tomcat's way to say "alright, it started", try looking at files at 
$CATALINA_HOME for your configuration, try looking at 
http://localhost:8080/fedora or https://localhost:8443/fedora . Look at 
/home/magnus/Fedora/tomcat/conf/server.xml and 
/home/magnus/Fedora/server/config/fedora.fcfg for info about userNames 
and where everything is installed.
