Particularly it's worth checking your environment variables CATALINA_HOME
and FEDORA_HOME that they're not still pointing to your 3.3 installation.

Sorry, I misplaced the renaming:
In Fedora 3.3, there is a class called
fedora.server.errors.ServerInitializationException
In Fedora 3.4, there is a class called
org.fcrepo.server.errors.ServerInitializationException

Because you get the first exception, but its message suggests a class
from 3.4, I suspect that you're using a 3.4 configuration, but loading
3.3 classes.  Can you check the libraries being loaded into the Java
classpath?
