Steve, Thanks for the suggestions, I will look at the code. I might have a work round by using the UserServlet as this will give me the attributes that I need. I have done a small test using a dissemination to call a php script that works but the session info is not propagated through to the php script. This should be feasible using the php http functions (I cant get this to work as yet as I am on a Windows box and they moved the http extension to PECL which is not supported fully on Windos yet).

You might want to look at the code in org.fcrepo.server.access.dissemination.DisseminationService.assembleDissemin ation(...) to see what happens currently.
