Thanks Damian, and best wishes to you for the holiday season. Is there any chance that the & character following the namespace parameter is somehow being incorrectly escaped when you execute the call? Maybe you are escaping the whole query string rather than just the parameter values?
It's as if it is using the format parameter and value as part of the namespace. What happens if you omit the format parameter?
