I've used the djatoka integration control objects from the djatoka
Fedora Integration wiki page , and I was able to get things working
without too much trouble, but I don't remember what (if anything) I
had to modify to get it working.

Here are a couple of other things you might want to check:

When you ingested your image into Fedora, did you put the image in a
datastream named "source"? (That is where the content model and
service objects expect to find the image to be used with djatoka).

Is your djatoka instance installed where it is accessible from your
fedora server at http://localhost:8080/adore-djatoka/ ? If not, you
should edit the WSDL datastream of the deployment object
(djatoka:jp2SDep) and update this portion with the correct url for
your installation:

<wsdl:port binding="this:FedoraDjatoka_http" name="FedoraDjatoka_port">
  <http:address location="http://localhost:8080/adore-djatoka/"/>
</wsdl:port>

You should be able to use the Fedora Admin interface as Damian
described to make this change.
