Dear all,
we're developing a digital library portal based on FC 3.4.2

Currently some of our portals use the Google Search Appliance (GSA) technology
and i would like to know if it could be feasible to integrate FC and GSA using
gSearch (the main idea is to reuse this technology instead of deploying yet
another (lucene/solr) service).

During this phase we're thinking about using gSearch is a good idea vs.
directly connecting the GSA with FC. The raw idea is to develop a GSA
connector
(http://google-enterprise-connector-manager.googlecode.com/svn/docs/devguide/2.4.0/cdg_intro.html)
or to use the feed API.

We're just starting the brainstorming about this integration so i would like to
know if you are aware of other projects currently aiming at doing it or if you
could give me some high level advices on how to do it.

All the best,
Matteo
