Hi Joan,

When Fedora starts, the user you connect to Oracle as will need
permission to be able to create tables, indexes, sequences, and
triggers in the tablespace you have designated for Fedora. Anytime
Fedora is running, the user you connect to Oracle as will need at
least select, insert, update, and delete privs in that tablespace. I
don't know the specific list to use in the grant clause, though.
