Hi Ben Browser support for the content-disposition header does vary quite a bit.
As Swithun suggests it would be good to know what Fedora is sending in the headers to see if there is any problem there, or if it is a browser implementation issue. The configuration section you posted looked ok - it would be useful to see an example RELS-INT datastream though. You should use the URI of the datastream (ie no version) as the rdf:about attribute.
