Hi Harry The error message is very similar to https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/FCREPO-874 but I'm strugging to see how it could be related.
Could you try with CATALINA_HOME and FEDORA_HOME using forward-slashes (so, E:/fedora, %FEDORA_HOME%/tomcat). I'm running on Windows and I've always tended to do that. If that doesn't work could you supply a copy of your $FEDORA_HOME/install/install.properties (remove any passwords from this file first). And, could you check what user id you used to install - is it different from the user id you are running Tomcat under?
