I don't know if its really related at all, it just looked like so 
because of the localhost thing... there might be other files that 
restrict remote access somehow, I remember trying to make sense out of 
FeSL and security related things at that time and finally gave up... 
we'll access Fedora always locally through our catalog API and never 
look back :D
