You may need to escape your backslashes:
MK> <param name="datastream_store_base" value="\\gollum7\fedora\"
isFilePath="true"> (get access denied)
This would become \\\\gollum7\\fedora
MK> <param name="datastream_store_base" value="Y:\" isFilePath="true">
and Y:\\
MK> But I can freely create directory or files in disk y:\ (via cmd)
Is this with the same user that is running Tomcat?
