We're hoping to have our next hydra release by the end of the summer. It won't 
be a full-stack application the way Hydrangea is, though. It will be a Rails3 
plugin you can use to generate a local hydra head. We believe this will provide 
a cleaner upgrade path for adopters. If you want to watch development progress,
